Why Ethical
Coffee Matters
When it comes to where coffee is grown, processed, roasted and brewed, every coffee shop needs to be as careful as possible. Therefore, we have partnered with Uncommon Roasters in Douglas, Michigan, because they are careful to make sure every transaction is done in a way that benefits every farmer and every worker by knowing and contributing to their communities.

We are diligent in our efforts to leave the planet better than we found it by using compostable cups and lids as well as paper straws. We recycle as many items as possible and work with local gardeners to compost our organic materials, leaving the smallest carbon footprint we can.
